Society for
Employment Promotion & Training in Twin Cities
SETWIN was established in the year 1978 by Govt, of A.P.
with a view to impart training in skill development short
term, need based and job oriented training programmes for
the educated and unemployed youth so that they can live on
to make them Self-Reliant.
SETWIN a society under government of Andhra Pradesh has
emerging as premier organization taking the challenge in a
changing socio-economic scenario, in an epoch of growing
unemployment to focus attention on development of groups
which are not traditionally entrepreneurial.
SETWIN also extended its training programme in various
institutes of Andhra Pradesh through collaboration with THE
BOSTON GROUP & COMP-U-LEARN, USA
SETWIN initially started 2 centres and 6 courses and today
it has established 25 own training centres and 117 franchise
centres in all over Andhra Pradesh and successfully offering
100% job-assistance and imparting training to 2,60,000
candidates in 68 disciplines till date and 60% of them
successfully Employed or Self-Employed. In 25th
silver jublee year SETWIN
is all SET to GROW and EXPAND to REALISE A.P.VISION-2020 by
imparting skill to the Employed as well Unemployed.
SETWIN and Dr.B.R.Ambekdar Open University has signed on MoU
to offer training in ALL JOB ORIENTED COURSES to the present
and previous students of Dr.B.R.AMBEDKAR OPEN UNIVERSITY to
obtain diploma in the concept of "DEGREE ALONG WITH DIPLOMA"
and very soon these programmes are going to expand in all
BRAOU Regional Co-ordination Centres, throughout
Andhra Pradesh.
SETWIN and A.P.MUSLIM FINANCE CORPORATION has singned on MoU
to offer training in all deserving Minority Candidates in
all Skill Development Programmes for making them
Self-Reliant.
SETWIN has started an employment portal in
collaboration with JOBSCHRONICLE.COM to provide unlimited
world wide job opportunities to trainees.
