FRANCHISE GUIDELINES

How to apply:

• Prescribed application form has to be obtain by payment of Rs.500/- demand Draft infavour of Managing Director, SETWIN.
• The filled application has to be submitted to the Managing Director, SETWIN.
• All pre requisites photostat copies are to be enclosed with the application.

Inspection :

The franchise institutes has to pay an inspection charges of Rs.1000/- for City and Rs.2000/- for Districts.

Sanction procedure :

The sanction of Franchise will be considered only in March, June, September and December of academic year. Applications received in between will be kept for inspection in the succeeding quarter. The Inspection team will submit the report to Managing Director, sanction order to the institute will be issued by the Managing Director as per norms.

Registration Fee :

The registration charges for sanction of franchise for SETWIN courses fixed on as follows :

Course Fee:

The course fee fixed by the SETWIN has to be collected from the students.

Syllabus :

The franchise institution has to follow the syllabus prescribed by SETWIN. The copy of the syllabus will be supplied by the Examination Cell.

Payment of Royalty :

a) The franchise institutes have to pay 25% amount of the fee collections.

b) The franchise institutions have to be deposit 15% of amount as advance of the fees on the projections submitted at the time of sanction.

Examinations:

The Examination schedule will be announced to franchise centres in advance.

The results will be published with in one month from the date of examinations.

The certificates will be issued to franchise centres after declaration of the results.

The Examination Cell, head office is responsible for preparation of Examination Schedule, setting up the question papers with the help of experts from other institutions, conducting of Examinations, and valuation of the answer sheets with subject experts, declaration of results and issue of certificates.

Mode of Payment :

The franchise institutions have to pay all the payments to SETWIN through D.D. only through Nationalized Banks in favour of Managing Director, SETWIN, Hyderabad. 

Cancellation of franchise :

SETWIN can cancel the franchise if any institute deviates from the Terms and conditions stipulated at the time of sanction of franchise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Franchise shall function as a subsidiary of SETWIN and they shall establish under the name board as franchise of SETWIN only.
   
   
2. Syllabus will be supplied by SETWIN to all its franchise against payment of cost.
   
   
3. Accommodation should be possessed by the Franchise.
   
   
4. 25% of fees collection shall be paid to SETWIN, cost of application for admissions form shall be remitted to SETWIN.
   
   
5. Registration fee of course wise shall be paid to SETWIN after sanction and before admissions.
   
   
6. Qualification of Faculty, required infrastructure, Course fee to be collected from the trainee, will be specified by the SETWIN.
   
   
7. Examinations will be conducted by SETWIN for all the trainees and Certificates will be issued by SETWIN. Examination fee will be collected separately.
   
   
8. The period of Franchise will be initially for one year & it can be extended subject to fulfillment of guide lines laid down by SETWIN and satisfactory functioning of the institute.
   
   
9. SETWIN will reserve right to conduct frequent inspection on institute and on admissions to ensure the number of admissions and the standards of intake.
   
   
10. SETWIN reserve right to depute staff to attend the Inst., at the time of admission to ensure the number of admissions and the standards of intake.
    
    
11. Franchise granted will be for one premises. They shall not open branches basing on this franchise.
    
    
12. Circulars, Notices etc., issued from SETWIN office from time to time shall be followed strictly by the Institute.
